Epic Launcher included in the install?

Is it true that the game automatically installs EOS client into the computer as u install the game?

If so, can I just uninstall EOS after installing the game, then play the game normally (including PvP and PvE)? I don't care about crossplay with Epic.

People say that if you remove the EOS stuff it disables crossplay and can still play normally but I haven't tried it myself.

Thanks. I haven't bought the game yet. I wish someone makes a GUIDE (to completely uninstall all Epic stuff.

EOS is the Unreal software that allows crossplay between Steam, Epic and Consoles.
Its pretty common in Unreal games that support crossplay.

But yeah, its been confirmed that you can uninstall it, You just lose crossplay functionality.
I dont see why you would, You dont even need an epic account for it to work. Its just the Unreal Engine component that facilitates crossplay between stores and consoles.

i installed the game, uninstalled and removed EOS, game errors on boot and does not boot game, so if you remove the EOS files and program it may not work, but good luck
