Crash after Crash after Crash and the Crash keep going

my specs: 7800x3d 4080s 32gigs 6000MHz Win 11 24h2
Im played a ton of game and none of that crash like this ♥♥♥♥.
and even I bench or stress my cpu its only around 70c-75c with 5050MHz, and this game somehow make my cpu go straight up to 5500MHz - 81c.

I just want to play, but i cant

If you try to tellme upgrade pc/cooling, please show your cringe somewhere else.
If you have any solution to have help out of this, please tell me, im very thank you.

Turn off all overlay software (msi afterburner + riva tuner statistics server, hwifno, nvidia overlay etc). Game somehow doesn't like this.
