It makes zero sense you can't put chapter insignias on both shoulders. It's lazyness on dev side.
That, and the game just needs more chapter insignias.
Its regulated in the codex astartes which the Ultramarines are anal about its like their whole thing. The left Pauldron indicates battlefield role.

Shame you failed to read the post and notice it was referring to death watch who have their chapter on the right pauldron.
