heavy aim down sights issue
The heavy class not being able to dodge out of aiming down sights with his heavy weapons, in all modes, campaign included using the heavy weapons, needs to be changed. Its just so unfun and unintuitive that you can't dodge/parry when aiming down sights, especially in PVP.

Not only this, sometimes it locks your aim so you get stuck aiming. This prevents your from executing, parry and dodge like you said and even switch weapons.

so many deaths couse this in PvP :/

the heavy already has enough movement debuffs when aiming down sights, I really see no reason for it, especially with the heavy bolter

Because heavy got a lot of bonuses on heavy aim mode, which is weird because all those benefit eill get unlocked at high weapon tier & perk

it seems intentional. all classes suffer from some ads penalty. most being a significant delay in dodging (like .25 seconds) from when you press the dodge button while adsing.

This may be true but it doesn't make up for just how unfun it feels not to be able to quickly react with parry/dodge, also PVP has no upgrade paths and its still a feature there

im sure it is intentional, it just feels very bad to play, I've gotten more used to it after putting in a fair amount of hours in PVP after making this post but I would still like to see it changed.

Go into options, switch ADS from 'toggle' to 'hold'
Switch melee and ADS keybinds so that melee is middle mouse, and ADS is RMB
Now you can react faster to melee, parry/dodge or whatever you like

Only real issues i've had with this is with the heavy bolter for max pew pew, but rocking the melta going into heavy stance is heavily reduced (pun intended) :ojchicken:

yea it doesn't really effect the multi melta as much as the heavy bolter, thats a fair point

Dev need tweak the mechanic, but at the same time not to nake heavy permanently using aim mode because of how many bonuses they getin this mod

I agree, I do think there is a balance to be struck so you can't just plop down in aim mode and blast away without any downsides, tho there is already the overheat mechanic, the movement debuff, and aim bloom, i dont think also making it so you can't dodge/parry is really necessary to balance it, idk.
go to option swap ADS to hold, aim from middle mouse to right mouse, melee to F and heal to H, now you can control this game like wwz, default key map so stupid
