Yes, they do. They get those DLC ones and I think a few that aren't DLC but unlockable from other chapters. The Black Templar one I think is basic, unless that is DLC too.

Well they have them now, happy to say. Looking forward to the Salamander Champion Skin, it should be coming out this month I think.
