Customization is being reset. Bug?

Good afternoon. I noticed that when re-entering the game, the customization of personal armor and colors is partially reset.

From what I noticed, the shoulder pads are not saved, and the settings on the right knee pad (the emblem and its colors) are completely removed. The situation repeats for all classes and even after going on a mission with the "restored" coloring.

Also, please add gold metallics to the main colors of the armor. The Blood Angels (and I try to be authentic to them) have veterans wearing gold helmets. And the "Retribution Armor" gives in bronze, although it should be gold.

yes, it keeps reverting parts of my armour to blue as well.

I feel ya man. My company markings keep getting reset. Need green eye lenses too. Trying to make a fourth company ultramarine sergeant with a red helm but the clashing of red lenses and red helm are annoying.

That happened to me once on day one, but hasn't happened again since, I wonder if there's a trigger for the bug?

Same here. Really strange stuff happening. Icons just vanishing or not displaying anymore etc.

I would report this on the main website for space marine, but I get a blank white page when I try. I am having the same issue myself. I go to customize the armor, set chapter to black templars, modify one or two colors and then next time I boot up the game I am an ultramarine again

Was about to make a post about this but seen you've beat me to it. It has kept happening to me since day 1 early access.

My blood ravens completely revert back to Ultramarines and all my other chapters keep losing their symbols with only the ultramarine armpad remaining.

This is particularly a problem given I can't reset the presets which just ♥♥♥♥♥ me over as the chapter presets such as the blood ravens includes colours I haven't unlocked yet which is just very frustrating to deal with.

This happens because you didn´t unlock the color or symbol from a certain chapter yet. Even if you unlock the Blood Ravens for example, you need to unlock the color for them from another chapter. This is the reason why your designs not getting saved. Even if you unlock the Blood Ravens for example, it doesn´t mean you unlock the color pattern or certain symbol. I had to go to some kind of no name chapter and unlock the color there. This is the case for most of the chapters in the game.

When you klick on the color you don´t have unlocked yet it will lead you to the chapter where you can unlock the color and the symbols.

If you select a chapter and then customize it then it will reset. To avoid this pick those same colors manually in the "custom chapter" slots. Knee emblems will still vanish after exiting the game however.

Here's the fix: You need to buy the colours of the emblems you have equipped, or change the emblem colour to one you already own.

This stopped happening to me when I changed the colours to only the ones I'd unlocked. If you haven't unlocked a default colour on a marine that might be an issue.

When I made sure I wasn't using any default colours I hadn't unlocked, this stopped happening to me immediately.
