Yup. One of the most accurate ones ive seen so far in fact. One easy fix they can do is to make the multiplayer progression 3 times quicker, just to ease the pain and then maybe worth pushing. If the game was 40 instead of 90 or 60 then maybe higher score but as it is right now easy 6.

Yes.

I think they are wrong to rate it less than Star Wars: Outlaws, which is still an objectively worse game, but this feels like a 2017 sequel to the 2011 game in terms of the gameplay at times. Not a 2024 game. I think PC Gamer points out valid criticisms, particularly around mission variety and longevity.

too high.

scored less then Gollum, thats pure heresy

It's actually correct. Broken clock etc

I agree.

The score is pure politics.

Better than any other warhammer game in gameplay though.

So would you rate it higher or lower? Because a core mechanic that overstays its welcome in an 8 hour game is pretty damning.

What core mechanic?

you are saying this is worse than "chaosgate demonhunters," "star wars outlaw," "dustborn," and "gollum?" "pc gamer" has a massive campaign going to promote and defend dustborn in particular, a game as repulsive and evil as has ever been made.

pc gamer has a known political bent, you have a known political bent, we know you by your fruits.

I've only recently started checking out gaming pages on facebook, and miss here being able to see the face of the people posting the same boilerplate trolling and attempted emotional abuse as people do here. Not once has the physiognomy check ever failed.

The review says the combat gets tedious after the first two or so hours, which is true, because it's just not a good system.

Pc Gamer might as well be the National Enquirer of review sites.

Only review I need is right here:

It's combat from games like you would see from platinum games during their glory days. It's probably the best gameplay I have seen in years.

you cut out the part of my post that pointed out the real issue though:

you are saying that every game from "suicide squad" and "dustborn" even down to "gollum" is better? pc gamer scored them all better or gave glowing coverage outside of reviews (especially in dustborn's case as pc gamer might as well be their official pr).

your politics are known, so are your faces.

lol

This has absolutely nothing on proper Platinum Games combat. I'm sorry, maybe you should replay one of the good DMCs or something, your memory must be off.
I only quote the relevant parts of whatever you're posting.
