That he is, it could be interesting where that goes. Maybe we will find out in the next decade.
Although some sources don't say they are, I'm in with the league that says GKs are probably a remnant portion of loyalist Thousand Sons, too, which is why they let Blood Ravens in on some secret-sharing - they're essentially brothers that maybe have a common Primarch (if indeed Magnus) and profound psyker ability. That is, if that's true. I'm sure WH40K scribes out there will argue that they are not from the Thousand Sons, and I respect that.
Anyway, Titus wouldn't be anywhere allowed within arm's reach of them (Grey Knights), although certain sects within the Inquisition would certainly further keeping eyes on him for their own ends, not the least of which attempting an assassination of Roboute, if they wanted to, if they could somehow harness Titus as a warp bomb or Kamehameha blast or something.
The exception tho if GKs could be seconded to the Death Watch and Titus goes back again for some reason, although I doubt it. Or it could be a GK doees take interest in Titus. Anything is possible.
