Game wont launch onf my Main Monitor, only Secondary, unable to move it to my main???

Title.

What the heck is going on? I don't want to play on my IPS Ultra Wide. I want to play on my QD-OLED 4K.

Shift+Win+Left Arrow does nothing. I set it in the Graphics Options and it stays put on my UW.

You should be able to change it to your main monitor by going to the video section in the settings menu. The "Target Display" is what you're looking for. I've been having the same problem, but I can just change it over in the options.

First time was secondary for me, set to main, next day after the mini patch it was back to secondary on launch, today it remembered my preference.

had the same issue. Fixed it with Video settings, for me it just took quite a while cus the game was as big as a phone and stuff was unreadable

thats just it, It won't move over when selecting my QD-OLED. It just stays on my UW at a 16:9 resolution stretched. I have also tried changing the reso to my 32:9 which fixes the stretch and then trying to change the Monitor in options but still won't let me select my Main Monitor to move it.

I can select my QD-OLED, but it won't actually move the game over to it.

Kind of sucks, but I will play it on UW for now until I find a solution.

have you tried putting it in windowed or borderless before swapping?
Might help if you put it on windowed first and then try borderless to fix it on the screen. It works for some games not sure about this one due to Target Display being an option

that explains why it looks funny on my UW.

I did fix it. I reinstalled the latest drivers and verified my files. No corruption but it seems re-doing my driver fixed it?

Might help if you put it on windowed first and then try borderless to fix it on the screen. It works for some games not sure about this one due to Target Display being an option

Yeah I did try this, its usually the first thing I try. But I did fix it so all is well now. Tyranids don't stand a chance.

Glad you got it sorted, hopefully things will remain smooth and as far as I have read I believe they intend to support ultra wide with a patch but I'm going off third party posts for that.

they posted that on the roadmap its for the end of the month afaik

same problem. First time game launched on my secondary monitor (it have larger resolution). Also fixed it with Video settings
