Please add female customisation to the game

This might be a controversial take but space marines 2 needs women with lore accurate armour and hair-dos, I think this would greatly increase the customisation and the ability to associate myself with the characters I'm playing as. As I want to be a space marine who's also a woman.

But I think this would really break the mold in gaming which is clearly male character dominated. Giving us an option to change our characters gender with a click of a button is required in 2024.

Rockstar Games lets you play as a woman in Red Dead Redemption 2 so I can't see why we couldn't play this.

Even Helldivers 2 has female options for characters.

They're literally identical to male counterparts when it comes to modifying them genetically.There's been multiple concept art creations of female space marines by Rick Priestley who is the creator of the Warhammer franchise. There's female empress which can create female space marines from her genetics. Allowing for canon and lore friendly female characters.

False.
Males are larger, more muscle, more testosterone more aggressive, more violent.

The genetic material is also male, so is not compatible.
This is about making the best use of the rarest resources.
So using it on females would be heresy. As it would produce an inferior marine even if it were able to circumvent the male genetic incompatibility with the female genetics.

No. They don't. It has been very clearly stated in the lore that this will not happen. More over, every Ip that has bent it's knee to this narrative is in the dirt. So no. There will be no female Space Marines. Period.

this is not an original IP of the developers, everything they add to the game has to be greenlit by the IP owner so even if the developers wanted to add female space marines they can not do it until games workshop allows them to do so which will not happen untill they officially add female space marines to the lore.

(which hopefully never happens)

There's a lore accurate Empress that the Space Marinas can have their DNA. To make it simple: The empress used her own genetic material to create the custodes and primarchs.

Please do some lore research before you say it's impossible. It's clearly a viable method of creating Space Marinas, and to say otherwise indicates that you're a tourist grifter.

The reason why they "werent" in the lore as due to production costs when the franchise was originally created.

Yes and no. You should absolutely always be able to choose. However, this game and the frnachise has specific lore which should not be ripped apart just because you think so. Like, why can't we accept and have fun playing this game as it is?

The lore stated the Horus Heresy was impossible until they retconned everything and made the Horus Heresy happen anyway.

You're actually a tourist if you aren't aware of the fact that 40k gets retconned constantly from the tiniest details up to the most monumental moments in the setting.

Which part of the game has given you the slightest inclination that you will be able to play as a female Space Marine? In 2024 we should be able to play in accordance to the lore and the universe that has been established over 30 years ago. There are no female space marines and there won't be any. Current year clearly shows which games succeed and which go into dirt.

stfu go make your own game instead of trying to ruin other ppls work with ur bs worldview. the lore says there can't be women as space marines so theres that and thats the end of it.
