didnt get - Macragge's Chosen DLC

I pre ordered space marine 2 ultra edition on steam with my friend. He got - Macragge's Chosen DLC but I didn't. it appears in his properties > dlc but not in mine.

anyone else experiencing this?

I reset the game after logging in and it was there under dlc for the relevant skins in the game.
