Other games are very careful about matches becoming grenade simulators. Grenades need to be nurfed/restricted. Not only should they not be on every single class, but it's easier to find grenade pickups than AMMO pickups on these 3 maps... and they give you 2 grenades when you pick them up but you can only pick them up after you've thrown your first one.

Clearly no thought was put into it, and most matches devolve into grenade spam & run.
