supply location, enemies combination, even sub mission target could be different

Boikinov is correct. Replaying the overall mission is the same, sub-missions might be different and the servitors are placed randomly. Haven't gone beyond the first op as I am playing through them with a friend, but enemy combination seems nice.

is this on the higher difficulties? on the starting difficulty its the same location for ammo crates, weapon drops, and armory data.

I've played on the easiest/first difficulty for the first op. And I've gotten different servitor and sub missions every time. Granted, the op is linear and other than the servitor, theres only so many "Defend" points in the area where it wants you to load the payload.
