Where can I customize my appearance?

I'm doing the campaign and don't know where to go for that.

When you unlock the armory - game will notify you/direct you when it unlocks - there is an appearance option. The campaign appearances are fixed and not that in-depth in customization. Still look sick tho imo. In Operations you can edit more in-depth.

You get the option after the second mission I think but you can’t change much, only the dlc cosmetics with no color or chapter changing

Don't count on customization in company mode, the game is story driven and appearance is very limited.
Full customization is available in the other two modes.

It’s right near the landing bay, if it’s blocked off you haven’t unlocked it yet

Is what the marines look like under their armor fixed? Or can you change their actual appearance?

I finished the story how do we unlock the alternative campaign skins?
