Multiplayer not working?

I've been sat in a trivial quick match lobby for an hour, East Asia located. I've had maybe 15-20 people "join" but actually they're all always stuck in loading screen except 2-3. The other people don't vote kick, so we wait 5-10mins, they get frustrated as we cant start the game, and leave.

This just repeats again and again. Is anyone else finding it just not functional?

I have yet to see a kick option in the game because it would be a godsend. However, you can see who is not loading in if there is a [ -1 ] next to their name. That person(s) is the problem and needs to leave so the rest can play as that means they are not connecting to the server and you'll just be stuck in loading hell.

I found the kick option. Press Y to edit squad, there should be 2 buttons beside the player you want to kick, One of them is "vote to kick". I just tried it. Worked for me.

That's a vote kick tho, not just a plain insta kick from squad if you're the leader. Now I was trying to solo a mission on the hardest difficulty, went well, I struggled hard sure but I was halfway through the mission when 2 other players joined and I couldn't kick them. I could vote kick one of em but then you don't get any vote kick for the other player. Ruined my solo run... Beta had private lobbies, why don't the oficial release have private lobbies?!!!
