When will they remove epic games requirement
It requires epic games as a steam game, this is completely ridiculous on the main and only PC platform. Why would they try and make you not buy their game? Mind boggling.

You can remove it, it just enables cross play friends list etc with epic players.

it doesn't even make you use their launcher or anything, you literally never notice it. It's just for crossplay...

Uh, they added it so Epic and Steam players can play on the same servers. Ya monke

I don't want it anywhere in a steam game, it's not a relevant platform.

if it automatically installs then its a requirement. which is what it does. all without informing the consumer prior...

All 20 epic players? A place with no forums or even proper profiles, crossplay option is not even needed.

The reason I bought a game on Steam specifically to avoid buying from Epic, yet even after purchasing on Steam, I'm still forced to install the Epic Games launcher. What is this all about?

Money hatting from Epic most likely to annoy steam users.

Every time start the game, Warhammer forced to reinstall Epic Games, even if disabled the cross-platform option. What’s the point of this?

legally it's explicitly mentioned in the EULA so they are probably covered.

even if it wasn't explicitly mentioned, usually in your average game credits there are a dozen pieces of software mentioned that just get installed along with the game.

the one thing you could probably object to is them sharing parts of your steam profile with epic under dubious consent, but your steam profile probably doesn't count as personal information.

There is no epic games requirement only a requirement to install the ESO which provides the crossplay and general server compatibility.

You could probably remove it and play offline.

As a steam user i want to play ONLINE but with NO epic games whatsoever, Epic games store does NOT exist.
