Edit: To add onto this, there isnt really a setting you can change outside of cloth simulation that will drastically lower the cpu usage.
Aye, has been running it no issue yet the CPU seems to be struggling to keep 60.

Don't recall my CPU (think it is a i7 something or other) and a RTX 2060 and I did have to adjust some of the video settings after the last patch but it has been smooth ever since then.

Get around 70 - 80 frames, but can drop to like 50 - 60 during combat or 40 when the bridge explodes in decapitation.
My biggest issue is my character randomly stopping sprinting and I have to physically re-press shift and W.
I also saw a thread about a player having same cpu as me but his somehow burned up and got destroyed but his friend got him a new cpu.
Any tech guru who knows what's going on? because this is sus
