I am having the same problem
They're not allowed to post r/gamedeals nor are you gonna find them on legitimate sites like IsThereAnyDeal.com for a reason. For many a reason.
I also love their pricing scheme.
Space Marine 2 Standard Edition is priced at $72.29 (US price) on their site when the MSRP is $59.99. Hence the "28 percent off" sale. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious!
That alone should have triggered your Spidey senses.
It blows my mind that people still in this day and age buy games from CD key sites. The hassle/shadyness is not worth getting a new game 10% cheaper.
There's plenty of authorized, partner retailers out there. You can find them all on the aforementioned website. There's nothing wrong with any of them and their customer service has never disappointed me. I have been here since Steam's inception, currently with over 2K games on this account alone and plenty of them were bought from those partner retailers.
Cdkeys.com, however, is grey market and anything but legitimate.
Not sure why people are buying from them when there's legitimate alternatives out there with better sale prices and even coupon codes to further reduce the cost.
Out of pure ignorance, i guess.
They buy the keys in bulk mate from the games publishers, i am talking about cd keys in specific, the rest like kinguin, g2a, gmg all are just middle men and do not actually sell anything, their keys come straight from rando sources and are dodgy as f, they take a small cut of what the actual seller gets and just filter small cash to get their moneys.
The worst of all sellers is cjscdkeys, do not ever ever go anywhere near that site as i can guarantee you will lose your money and never get it back.

They're an official retailer. Always have been.
You're correct about Kinguin and G2 A though. They have a long history of shady behavior and have always been labeled as grey market. Which is why you won't find their listings on legitimate sites.
I should have bought from here to be fair
