BEWARE CDKeys Pre Order! (Advertised pre-order dlc, but didn't supply) [RESOLVED]

I purchased the Space Marine 2 Ultra Edition from CDKeys and only received one key. Other players have reported getting two keys—one for the game and one for the Macragge’s Chosen DLC. In my case, I only received the Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack and Champion Pack DLC, but no Macragge’s Chosen DLC, which was supposed to be included in the Ultra Edition.

I contacted CDKeys support, and they confirmed that I had accessed the key, but despite escalating the issue to their support team, I haven’t received any further updates or the missing DLC.

Just putting this out there in case others have had similar experiences.

The risk you take buying things from grey market sources.

Thing is though cd keys are normally really good, gmg and places like that you buy the key not directly from them, they basically are the middle man and hook you up to their dealer, cd keys there is no middle man, like humble bundle.

I put it down to computers and digital things often been seen to be prone to error, companies like this will just offer a refund at most, but doubt i'll get the dlc unless they have a spare key for me, and i really can't be arsed arguing the toss with them, its a shame cause I really like the items in the DLC, but i doubt my consumer rights are strong enough for me to DEMAND these items, from them.

And tbh, this is why I hate pre-order exclusives, cause I'll never be able to get that gear if they don't sort the situation for me.

Right click game, click properties, click DLC and it will show if you have it.

Yeah i would advise you all to do this, thought you would have done already to be honest, but keys can be given out as a combo key which is 1 key with the dlc's and others are separate, looks like they sold out of their keys and got another batch in which were combo keys.

So far hadn't had any issues with cdkeys but this game there or on steam was such an insignificant difference in price that I bought mine on Steam. I don't risk it with preorder DLC or early access stuff...

Message them again and say there were 2 codes given out, 1 for the game and 1 for the pre-order bonus and you were not given the pre-order bonus that is promised on their sales page, that's false advertisement.

Sounds like you just got someone that could not wait to get home on their friday night and could not be bothered to deal with it.

You’re correct, sir. This is false advertisement. I had a similar issue with GAMIVO in the past too and they merely gave me 10€ and a discount coupon as compensation for the issue after wasting my time for almost a week lol.

I got two keys & bought the Gold ed from it.
Steam wont help you.. You bought it from a thrid party key selling site. You take the risk of something like this for saving the 30-40 bucks..
Contact CDKEYS support and hope they honor it.

Its most likely Steam issue, as i bought other games from them and other resellers on similar conditions and only after the general release of the game was when Steam gave me my pre-order bonus. Before was only added the sseason passes and dlc's not related to pre-order bonus.

Wait and see, as i've been on this situation before.

Well we cant contact steam on this issue, because in their enlightened state, they have deemed it not capable of contacting support for any issue that isn't listed now.
