I put it down to computers and digital things often been seen to be prone to error, companies like this will just offer a refund at most, but doubt i'll get the dlc unless they have a spare key for me, and i really can't be arsed arguing the toss with them, its a shame cause I really like the items in the DLC, but i doubt my consumer rights are strong enough for me to DEMAND these items, from them.
And tbh, this is why I hate pre-order exclusives, cause I'll never be able to get that gear if they don't sort the situation for me.
Yeah i would advise you all to do this, thought you would have done already to be honest, but keys can be given out as a combo key which is 1 key with the dlc's and others are separate, looks like they sold out of their keys and got another batch in which were combo keys.
Yeah, I also contacted them regarding this issue and they give me a similar answer. I insisted that I bought something I didn’t get which is the pre-order bonus, it’s been 2 days now and they still didn’t reply to me.
You’re correct, sir. This is false advertisement. I had a similar issue with GAMIVO in the past too and they merely gave me 10€ and a discount coupon as compensation for the issue after wasting my time for almost a week lol.

Steam wont help you.. You bought it from a thrid party key selling site. You take the risk of something like this for saving the 30-40 bucks..
Contact CDKEYS support and hope they honor it.
