BEWARE CDKeys Pre Order! (Advertised pre-order dlc, but didn't supply) [RESOLVED]

I purchased the Space Marine 2 Ultra Edition from CDKeys and only received one key. Other players have reported getting two keys—one for the game and one for the Macragge’s Chosen DLC. In my case, I only received the Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack and Champion Pack DLC, but no Macragge’s Chosen DLC, which was supposed to be included in the Ultra Edition.

I contacted CDKeys support, and they confirmed that I had accessed the key, but despite escalating the issue to their support team, I haven’t received any further updates or the missing DLC.

Just putting this out there in case others have had similar experiences.

Thing is though cd keys are normally really good, gmg and places like that you buy the key not directly from them, they basically are the middle man and hook you up to their dealer, cd keys there is no middle man, like humble bundle.

I put it down to computers and digital things often been seen to be prone to error, companies like this will just offer a refund at most, but doubt i'll get the dlc unless they have a spare key for me, and i really can't be arsed arguing the toss with them, its a shame cause I really like the items in the DLC, but i doubt my consumer rights are strong enough for me to DEMAND these items, from them.

And tbh, this is why I hate pre-order exclusives, cause I'll never be able to get that gear if they don't sort the situation for me.

Yeah i would advise you all to do this, thought you would have done already to be honest, but keys can be given out as a combo key which is 1 key with the dlc's and others are separate, looks like they sold out of their keys and got another batch in which were combo keys.

Same exact situation here. I was about to start a new discussion regarding this issue, but I’m glad to see that many people got the same issue with CDKeys.

Yeah, I also contacted them regarding this issue and they give me a similar answer. I insisted that I bought something I didn’t get which is the pre-order bonus, it’s been 2 days now and they still didn’t reply to me.

So far hadn't had any issues with cdkeys but this game there or on steam was such an insignificant difference in price that I bought mine on Steam. I don't risk it with preorder DLC or early access stuff...

You’re correct, sir. This is false advertisement. I had a similar issue with GAMIVO in the past too and they merely gave me 10€ and a discount coupon as compensation for the issue after wasting my time for almost a week lol.

What happens If I got the game through the AMD rewards promo? Game is activated, so will I get the pre order stuff or not?

Thing is man if you have looked at your dlc section and have not got it they should have to give it to you. I see though for the gold and ultra editions they no longer state and pre-order bonus on them, if they do not state it they do not have to give them out, the normal version however still has the pre-order bonus on it. Looks to me they know theres a problem and have tried to cover their backs.

I got two keys & bought the Gold ed from it.
Steam wont help you.. You bought it from a thrid party key selling site. You take the risk of something like this for saving the 30-40 bucks..
Contact CDKEYS support and hope they honor it.

Well we cant contact steam on this issue, because in their enlightened state, they have deemed it not capable of contacting support for any issue that isn't listed now.
