BEWARE CDKeys Pre Order! (Advertised pre-order dlc, but didn't supply) [RESOLVED]

I purchased the Space Marine 2 Ultra Edition from CDKeys and only received one key. Other players have reported getting two keys—one for the game and one for the Macragge’s Chosen DLC. In my case, I only received the Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack and Champion Pack DLC, but no Macragge’s Chosen DLC, which was supposed to be included in the Ultra Edition.

I contacted CDKeys support, and they confirmed that I had accessed the key, but despite escalating the issue to their support team, I haven’t received any further updates or the missing DLC.

Just putting this out there in case others have had similar experiences.

it says this though "First things first, the launch of the game! If you have pre-ordered the game, you will receive the Macragge’s Chosen DLC, which includes unique appearances for the Chainsword and Bolt Rifle, as well as a unique right Pauldron. You will unlock this cosmetic item after completing the campaign mission “Skyfire”." - i haven't recieved any of these....

You should have received second code for the pre-order bonus, check your CDkeys account for the that code

can the cosmetics (shoulder plate and weapon skins) from the preorder be used to customize my marine for coop or pvp? Or only on Titus in the campaign?

If its the same as greenmangaming its 2 keys. Check you're email for the second key if you overlooked it. First is game edition key, second is specifically that content.

you can only see the armour in pvp or operations, the shoulder is only the right shoulder and is at the end of the list. the weapon skins can be accessed on the appropriate weapons by opening the appearances menu and selecting DLC. in campaign, the second outfit for titus only changes the skins of those two specific weapons.

Yeah it actually does, it is for the single player campaign and you can change into it when you first access the armoury, from cd keys there were 2 codes, one for the game and one for pre-order, i got it from the same place and i have it soooooo.

Hmm..got mine too from there, ultimate edition and declared as pre-order but only one code...
