[SOLVED] ERROR CODE: 14

It was a date and time issue for me.

1. Control panel > Clock and Region > Change Time Zone > Change Time Zone

Make sure you have the correct time zone on.

2. Settings > Time & Language > Date and time

Make sure set time zone automatically , set time automatically are both on! This fixed it for me.

Stupid sh*t. I've already tried a lot of things and I'm thinking about a refund.

I got this code as well right after trying this fix, for me the issue was I had set time zone automatically on but set time automatically off. Not sure if it will be that simple in your case hope so tho.

Didn't work for me, unfortunately. The game disconnects on the tutorial and can't progress past that.

Yo btw if your epic games account is not linked it will also jack you up.

As SOON as I connected my Epic games account by linking it I had 0 issues.

Also if your in a match lobby and someone is showing -1 next to there name it appears that means there not synced to the server and it will NEVER start. like 99% of the time I noticed this.
