controller not regestering

last night I closed my game because I was just running last night and now my controller isn't working in the game. Is their a fix?

I havent been able to get mine working from the start

Disable steam input, it cause problems with a lot of games that have native controller support. Also make sure your controller is on before you start the game ive noticed some times it doesnt register if turn my controller on after i start the game.

I did try to replug back in my controller and I see the color on my xbox one change to the one I have it but then it changes back to default.

Damn that sucks, idk then im playing with an wireless xbox controller and dont have any problems.

idk I am using a wired elite one and it was working last night with all my settings.

Did someone came up with a solution ?

I'm playing with wired Nintendo Pro Controller. It worked just fine this morning but tonight it just won't work. Controller works perfectly with other games and screenshot button works in Space Marine, but not the others buttons.

Same unable to get my controller to work. Disabled inputs. Restarted steam. Plugged in controller. Restarted computer. Multiple times in all different ways. Have had no luck getting it to work.

Yes and no. Turning off steam inputs before you start the game it will work but if they are on it wont work at all.
