Audio stuttering and... lag?

Emperor be praised.

I don't have a great PC so I wasn't expecting to run SM2 top notch... but this is quite strange so I'm asking.

I'm experiencing audio stuttering. Tried every configuration but the problem persists.

But the stranger thing is that the game plays surprisingly well with medium-low details at 2K resolution but when enemies arrives, especially with big waves... seems like it's lagging.

I mean, it's not that freezes or does something performance-related... it's just lag, like in MMORPG with too many people connected, you know?

Is this related to the server connection? May have something to do with the audio stuttering (since of course the audio lags too in those moments).

Another funny thing is that... this only happens in the CAMPAIGN.
I play multiplayer modes with none of these issues O_o

Anyone else experiencing this or similar issues?

You aint the only one, what I find funny is that all these problems are also still there in Offline mode for me (How do I have connection issues in Offline mode? How are the enemies lagging around, in Offline mode? Where has audio gone?)

I have top end pc, and i have the same problem.
I've Read somewhere that stereo mode could help. Will keep trying.

Suffering the same issue of lagging teleporting enemies in both single player and online multiplayer when everyone has less than 100 ping

Same problem here. Audio stuterring lag in solo. Sometime my keyboard put off the its light and put it on again.

We're seeing this on one PC but not another. The affected PC is 4 core, and both of the minimum spec CPUs listed are 6 core, so I guess we were warned
