Constant glitch with Black templar shoulder pad icon

I constantly have an issue of the shoulder icon on one of my guys shoulders disappearing....

I was able to fix it by verifying the files on Steam, hopefully that works for you :)

i get this too. plus my entire armor set gets reset to default every time i exit the game.
