Error Code 14/142

What is up with this error code because i keep getting it even a day after launch and im seeing people on steam playing it and on other consoles too? is is something on my end?

certain players are having similar problems caused by some server magic. I played fine for half the launch day and then red bars of death show up and I feel like Im in a laggy lobby OR I get Error 142.

its the server, it's so unstable it will kick you on a whim..

but why does it only kick certeain people like my friends have been playing since 7 am on launch no problem but heres me and my brother unable to play online at all and then theres other steam users who have never had a problem it just makes no sense

i can play just fine on my PC, BUT when i tried it on my rog ally x handheld pc got kicked all the time.. heck Epic server is not working at all 90% of the time on handheld, it's like that epic server will pick and choose based on your hardware not your network

i have top of the line pc and a console can play it better i looked into the error code and it says its a connection type problem something about having to go from http to https but that makes no sense because https is fking extra protection for websites

its not just a whim its literally just everytime i load the game i still have not been able to choose a faction or class yet because it will not let me connect and im already halfway through the second mission
