keep disconnecting from servers

anyone else keep disconnecting from the servers when playing the online modes before they are able to get in a game?

Yeah I'm able to last 2-3 minutes in Operations before I get handed over to offline mode

Yes, it keeps happening for many people. I suppose we will have to wait till Monday when there will, it is to be hoped, a patch addressing this issue. I can only play offline, even though I bought the game specifically in order to be able to play with people instead of bots. Launch issues, oh well.

It appears to be widespread, at least on PC. PS5 appears to be working (relatively) fine.

I played through the entire campaign yesterday with maybe 1 or 2 disconnects and a few Ops with no disconnects, now I can't play through any OP without a disconnection, not just a you problem seems like a common thing rn.

The devs are aware of the issue and working to fix it. i sent in an actual ticket and that was the response i got

Same issue here. Many many disconnects. Are the servers overloaded perhaps?

Many people play online since pre-release launch and they are ok, everything fine.
Some people can't connect into online AT ALL. Like myself. More than 24 hours and I'm still getting "Connection lost - Connection to Warhammer 40000: Space Marine 2 services was lost" at the main menu. Game works in offline mode. It's not like an overloading issue. I try constantly and I can't connect. There were no single successful try.

I've received this message a few times as well, even though crossplay is enabled (it told me it was not). I am online on Steam, what else could I change about account settings? It's definitely some sort of bug.

It is COMPLETELY a server side issue... This is EXACTLY like HD2 when it was launched...

A fix that i got was to change date and time to automatic. Works right away. IDK why but it does

I cannot set the time zone to automatic because it's greyed out. Besides, if I don't get error code 14, I get 142.

Settings -> privacy and security -> geolocation -> turn on everything (except for camera if you want) at the second section.

Return to time zone, it will be changable.
