However, I haven't encountered any problems with launching the game or performance issues (I'm playing with DLSS, textures set to low, and everything else on medium-high settings; I haven't measured the FPS, but it's consistently playable).
I really hope they find solutions quickly because the immersion experience is completely different. The cutscene after the prologue is an absolute nightmare due to unloaded textures. This isn't even low settings; I don't know what to call it.
Don't look for a network
It was caused by AMD catalyst software back in the day.
Try seeing if your card manufacturer installed software next too it's drivers and turn it off.
It's clearly some sort of programming error ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, not an issue with texture quality. Stop being a pretentious prick.
