Why is solo Campaign online and laggy?

i have been playing for a while and the enemies have been rubber banding but i am playing solo campaign.

No lag for me but the PvP servers died for me just now after about 15 straight games

Even solo seems to connect to Online lobbies

is there a known way to disconnect from lobbies so i can keep playing solo campaign without the connection lag?

i have 14900k and 4090, and little freeze + lot of message with lost connection (and if i check) is because this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ easy anticheat lag / crash, you case is not the same for all

it aint my pc performance, its my internet and it shouldn't require online connection if you're playing solo campaign

Not that I am aware, I'm pretty sure the Horde logic of NPC nids is being piped through your net. Considering the game is constantly downloading "Game Logic"

Tried the game on non SSD sata pc and was able to replicate the enemy lag issue, then tried again on SSD pc with higher ram and issue are gone.

The main issues is that the game barely use your GPU at all (that's why i think GPU don't matter when running Spave Marine 2), while it throttle your CPU to the limit.

Same here. Game plays like laggy mmo with high ping or packet lost.
dont know how to fix this

Same here...My first hour playing it was fine. Now whenever I tried to play the first 10 seconds the game plays normal when moving and looking around but after that there's a red connection indicator on top right showing up and the game starts horrible lagging for no reason.
