[Nobara Linux] PSA: Turn steam overlay off

When I first launched, I couldn't get past the initial loading of the various company mascots. Read in a thread somewhere here that turning off the steam overlay worked for them; they also recommended alt-tabbing out until you get to the main menu. This worked for me, hope this helps someone.
