The amount of badassery you have is directly related to the amount of helmet you wear. The more helmet, the less badass you are. Any good 40k fan knows this.

Any space marine that takes their helmet off in combat is immediately promoted to sergeant on the spot.

Ever seen a regular space marine dude with no helmet that didn't have rank of some kind? Yeah that's right, of course you haven't. The longer you have your helmet off, the more badass and higher rank you become in the chapter.

Well, the Space Marines don't exactly look any better elsewhere either.

I think the only ones who could be described as being "truly pretty" would be Sanguinius and Fulgrim.

But one is turbo-dead and the other has become a sneaky snakey-snake.
