How do you access the other modes?
Theres supposed to be Multiplayer and PvE Missions, is this accessible from the base or do I have to complete the campaign first to unlock it?

Yes, it is in the main base thing and on a console. As far as I know you don't have to beat the campaign. I haven't but I have access to those features.

There's a panel you can interact with where the Thunderhawk is parked. It allows you to switch between the 3 game modes.
