How I fixed the blue screen of death crashes

Hey all -- Like a bunch of you, Easy Anti Cheat/Space Marine 2 was crashing my entire computer every time it tried to initialize. Couldn't even get the game to launch. I tried a bunch of things, and I think I finally found a combination that worked. I don't know WHY this combination of things works, but it does for me (but doesn't if I skip a single one of these steps). Figured I'd share them here.
Step One: Turn off ANY antivirus software you have, including Windows.
Step Two: Navigate to the EasyAntiCheat_EOS folder in Program Files (x866) and delete the EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys file
Step Three: Press Windows + R, input %appdata%\easyanticheat, then delete the EasyAntiCheat folder it brings up.
Step Four: Launch the game.
You'll need to do this every time you launch the game. This has worked three times in a row for me, so it seems to be the trick for whatever issues I’m running into. Hope this helps some of you.

I tried this and it allowed me to get past bluescreening in the main menu to start a new game!
Unfortunately it's now just crashing during the opening cinematic instead.

Try this method. Managed to work for me, but in the end it still blue screened after a few hours of play:

Go to the folder <steam installation folder>\Space Marine 2\client_pc\root\bin\pc and create a new bat file, e.g. rungame.bat and open it in notepad. Paste the following lines in the file and save it:

set SteamAppId=2183900
set SteamGameId=2183900
"Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2 - Retail.exe"

I tried this after seeing it in another post and it's helped me too, I can get a good 20-25 minutes of play before it bluescreens which sadly is a massive improvement

Unfortunately this fix did not help me in any way I’d their any other work arounds?

Update: This fix no longer works for me and the game has been rendered unplayable again.

This is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pathetic that I have to roll the dice on if my PC is okay Everytime I wanna play this game because of easy anti cheat those people are genuine terrorists how they hold our PCs hostages with their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ software
