About to refund.
I have tried complete reinstall, no change.
lowest settings, no change.
Every single up-scaling,resolution. no change
Even changed my shader cache limit, no change and the shaders wont even delete so they can re download.
same issue im trying a re install now

According to some reddit and steam discussion threads the problem occurs due to insufficient VRAM. In my case a PC restart (efeectively formating RAM and VRAM) indeed resolved the issue for the moment.
I however just realized that my GPU (GeForce 1650) does not have the minimum 6GB VRAM so I suppose, If my assumptions are correct, This Issue will be a returning one for me. At least for as long as I don't invest into a new Gaming PC, because Upgrading my old Laptop with a new GPU is not a viable option.
