Error Code 142

I keep getting error code 142 (connection lost). My internet connection is fine, though. Are there any issues on the server's side?

Unfortunately not. The game will only allow me to play in offline mode for now. I restarted Steam and the game multiple times, but it didn't help. The connection is always cut off a few seconds into the game.

I shall. It appears to be a widespread issue, though, so I suppose we are going to have to wait for a patch.
