Main menu crash

I launched the game and it freezes in the main menu. A bug report window pops up and that’s it. Everything suits my parameters: 3060rtx, 16GB RAM, AMD 5 5600x processor

Yes, I see errors, but it seems to me that they are not related to the game, but I’m not sure, please tell me what I should specifically look for

When looking at event viewer you should see a red error if you click on it then it should pop up with text like for example (404 . 0x8019 ) something along that line it should be a error and code at the end of the text at the bottom

Following the lead on that one a user posted about it " Thank you for your suggestion and sorry for the late response. The causes lie in the Task Scheduler, I disabled some of the tasks and somehow the error has not been reproduced again (so far). Tasks that I disabled:
- MicrosoftEdgeUpdateTaskMachineCore
- MicrosoftEdgeUpdateTaskMachineUA
- OneDrive Standalone Update Task-S-1-5-21-670632098-3749473886-2869416353-500
- OneDrive Standalone Update Task-S-1-5-21-670632098-3749473886-2869416353-1001
- ChkUpd (After installed my new Aorus SSD, this task has been spamming "FileAccessSet : GetRegColor fail" and "Specified cast is not valid" all over the place so I don't know whether this task have been in computer or just popped up after installing the ssd."

Ok well i know it sucks to hear but just try to wait on day 1 patch and see if that fixes it if you haven't already reinstalled the game

Yes, I reinstalled, of course, I and others like me basically did it beyond the norm for 1 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. But thank you friend, I'm glad for any help, I hope the game works well for you and I'm happy for everyone who tried the game, because I'm a fan of this universe)

Я обновил дрова и брэнды отключал но это не помогает , буду заново пробовать сейчас

Каковы ваши характеристики компьютера и обновили ли вы материнскую плату до последней версии BIOS?

Выше минимальных требований на порядок. Биос я даже во имя Сангвиния не буду трогать, Дух машины моего компьютера умрёт сразу . (я не умею)

The sad part for me is that i think i cant even refund now, because trying to solve the issue i past exceeded the refund limit (130 minutes). I hope they can fix this soon

I'm not really tech savvy and this mightve been only because helldivers was made on an old engine but when that game had the same problem repairing/reinstalling the c++ redistributables helped

I had a small update now, and something changed, and that I have the error message in-game, saying that EOS is malfunctioning and that I need to verify game files... and then proceeds to the menu like previously, and crashes after pressing enter. Like usual...

Edit: verified again, nothing changes. Never installed anything Epic related yet the damned thing found a way to haunt me.

Same here. Its benn 24hrs since the Light of God-Emperor abandoned us, brothers =)
