Given the exact same behavior with much higher specs, I'd guess it isn't a resource problem on your PC, but an issue with game launch.

No problems here...well just optimization 45-60 fps, with DLSS...88-120 fps

- KSIVA lines
To reveal your KSIVA while in-game, use Up-Down-Left-Right x4 on your keyboard arrow keys or controller D-Pad
Please note that it is important to note your KSIVA before crashing and to provide us with a KSIVA that has encountered the problem.
- DxDiag
To collect the Dxdiag,
1) Press Windows
2) Enter ""DxDiag"" and launch the application
3) Press ""Save All Information""
You can also share a video of the problem with us so that we can see how it behaves.
You can also share the game file with us

If you haven't already done so, we recommend that you update your graphics card drivers. This may help you before we correct the problem.
