If you are using steam input for controller, turn it off. I was using a dualsense and wasnt working until i did that and let it run native, then it came with complete support for haptics and adaptive triggers plus button icons.

I tried disconnecting other input devices like keyboard, mouse on 'Wuthering Waves'. My controllers didn't work with this game. (Most games work with my controllers though. Except MW III. This gave me a headache.) My keyboard is Razer, I disconnected the keyboard and connected another keyboard and it is a bluetooth keyboard. And it worked. So I could play the game with a controller and a keyboard at the same time.
Try disconnecting other input devices except your controller.

with the first game you had to enable controller in the settings after launching the game, only then would it work, have you tried looking in settings?

may not be the case but is a quick check none the less. i look forward to monday when i can play

Same here, xbox controller. My Flydigi works just fine for some reason. But the Series controller works on every other game

Controller does indeed work. I'm using an XBox Elite and all I had to do is turn it on. Every bind works perfectly.

You can't disable Steam Input when using Remote Play/Steam Link. It's a required option and will not pass through your controller.

I had to turn off the steam input thing and go into big picture mode to get it to work, weird and annoying but usable.

I wish I could use the Steam Input because I have a DualSense Edge and I want to be able to map actions to my back buttons and use the gyro for aiming too. It's so frustrating.
