HIGH CPU temp

Ryzen 7 7600X3D + RTX 4090

Getting around 90c.

Looks like this game is boosting the processor from 4.5GHZ to over 5.5GHZ constantly for some reason (other games boost to around 4.7 - 4.8). Undervolting -30 and setting the throttle temp to 85 helped a bit, but it's still an issue.

At least the devs admitted in their latest post that they're working on the overheating issue and basically told all the "BUT MIII PC IS F1N3 U N33D BETA PC" to stfu

i5 12400f rtx 4060 are fine but medium setting my ingame fps only around 60~64

i7 14700K here, reaching 73 Celcius maximum settings, stable 100 FPS but that temp is way too high.

Yes.
13900k here and these temps are nonsense. Literally over 90 degrees. At first I though it was some kind of shader compilation, but nope 10 minutes into gameplay with only 30 some-odd percent cpu utilization and this thing just stays hot.

You guys need to check the 13th and 14th gen issue videos that went out last month.

Update your BIOS and check your crap.

Cpu temp while gaming should be around 73-80C, I also have a 14700k and these things just run hot in general.

Something is wrong. I don't want my CPU (13700K) sitting at 80C degrees whilst on a menu. I rarely hit 50C playing other games.

82°C consistently, in the main menu. at a 72fps limit

Edit: copy pasting my post from further down the thread to here

I just played through the intro mission and yeah the game just sits at 84-86°C CPU with the GPU being somewhere around 50 or so. Needless to say, this is the only game that's behaving this way. Usually high temps like that only happen during shader compilation or other heavy loading bursts, but never are the norm.

~20 minutes of gaming, consistent 85°C, no matter what was on screen or even if I lowered my fps cap all the way to 30.

5800X, liquid cooled. It's a cpu that tends to get hotter (as is known), but I never saw it just sit on these degrees for more than 5 minutes.

Normally during gaming sessions my CPU stay around 50-60, I never seen this that high.

I don't think it's normal but at the same time I'm no expert. To me is def too high.
