Anyone elses downloaded stupidly slow?

it started at 100MB/s now gone all the way to a lovely 4...

i have max 800 kb/s It will take 2 days to download! I normally get 45mb/s wireless

keep restarting steam, took me 2 - 3 restarts to get it working

yeah my internet caps out at 120MB/s this is so slow, it kept going down as i assume more people started to download, what you at?
