so it's now 23:56 of September 5th and I'm in Cape Town and my Library for my pre-order Ultra Edition says available on the 9th September. Going to support says it's not available in my Region. So, there's something else going on.

Verified I have Ultra edition as well. I’m on the East coast and cannot download

Thanks. This was my fifth time restarting and it worked!!! I also changed my timezone before the last restart. Don’t know if that helped the situation, but it’s worth a shot if anyone is still having an issue.
