Did you time travel too far? Can you send a word back through the portal to tell us how it fares? Or to tell us the winning lotto numbers ?

bad. Its not completely unplayable on deck, but you basically have to set everything to low just to get a stable framerate standing still in an empty room, and even then ive never seen 30. The second you step outside it dips to 20, and getting busy in any capacity can tank fps to like 13, 14 or even worse with HEAVY input lag, which sucks in a game about fighting swarms. Again, its not unplayable if you can tank thru such delays, but its about as close as you can get, and i havent even gotten to anything id consider really crazy, thats how it is in the tutorial lol. They said they were working on getting steamdeck optimizations out by years end, and i believe theyre trying to, but right now i wouldnt rely on the deck for this game.

TLDR: Its pretty bad for now, but if you can deal with real bad fps you might be able to survive til opt patches drop

It uses EAC so I don't think it'll work.

A lot of EAC games work fine on deck - so long as the game itself uses a deck-compatible version

If you're willing to pay the subscription for geforce now it's pretty sick. I pay for the priority package and I've been running the game on high settings 60fps+
