All that brand damage that Disney has done to Starwars has finally come home to roost I guess. Outlaws doesnt seem much different from that licensed Avatar Ubislop game that they put out which sold well.
Is Metacritic really an awful site when all it does is take the average of different review sites into an overall score to give people a quick and easy to see the general consensus? That's just pretty basic math.
Holy f*ck they gave that trash a 7/10??? 😂 IGN is so cooked.
Bruh, there's a part in that game where you get two cops to kill each other by telling the female one that the male one is doing 'mansplaining' to her and she shoots him, oh my god if I didn't know better I'd think that game was mocking the most unhinged progressives, but it isn't parody or satire some f*cking how. They unironically put Cancelling and Bullying people as a power in the game, they really are like this, they think they are good. The mind boggles.
tbf they weight certain review sites higher than others, and ignore that IGN has like 2 dozen different outlets with IGN india, china, brazil etc etc which they abuse to influence the overall rating.
Apparently the most infamous one is Edge magazine which is weighted very high and has a reputation for giving brutal reviews. So you gets fans happy their game has a high score on metacritic and then the Edge review gets added and tanks the score lmao
It stopped being about the games a long time ago. Just like Rotten Tomatoes, it's only about what image the "journalist" wants to project so people will click them. Their own agenda comes first every time, which spits in the face of what a journalist is supposed to stand for.
Never trust the internet.
It's too toxic masculinity to them.. Are anyone actually reading reviews from game media sites? I always look at player userratings in both movies and games.
1) One person's opinion doesn't have to agree with yours and can, in fact, be genuinely different and look for different things over what you are looking for. And that's ok. It's just a ******* opinion. It can't hurt you.
2) A review isn't something that is made to justify your purchase. It's there to give someone's subjective opinion on a product from their perspective and what they value. It's not always going to line up with you, but you can still find useful information to use and compare to what you want out of the product and can help you make an informed purchasing decision.
3) A review isn't an objective fact, so please stop acting like it's a bible verse. You can freely disagree with another's opinion without acting like a toddler about it. It's not hard.
K, nobody was talking to you so :* but take care stay safe.
Good luck then.
