other than that, many of the things chaos is about aren't inherently evil, but become so when taken to extremes.
The thousand sons and tzeenwatchamakallit what do they do?
it's all going according to plan.
but yeah it's a bit less in your face than the others. though becoming a chaos spawn if you mess up is a pretty bad outcome.
such is why tzeentch is the master of a thousand and one plots.
I usually like the eldars. Functionally immortal, great artists, great passions, emotions on an entirely different level than humans, and if left alone they seem the most advanced and peaceful society.
On second place i would put a paradise planet of mankind, some agricultural worlds that are rich and not a horror movie by themselves.
But if i had a choice, Eldar are the best society and race to live as, i think, in a "peace is possible" scenario.
In their actual "die and you become a snack" it's not so nice.
I would honestly like if the more reasonable factions of the imperium, the more reasonable eldars, and perhaps the tau farseer unite and create an actually nice place/nation/faction where people can actually hope to be happy and without injustice.
