Why no pre download option

Why cant we also get the option to pre-download the game as the console players? It is really frustrating the double standards sometimes!!

I'm having the same issue I bought gold and can't download. I read it should be on the 3rd. Now I'm concerned we won't be able to download till the 7th with all the standard. Guess we will find out tonight.

same bought gold hoping to play at 9am, yet got to download it for 5+ hours and then got work the next day. probably refund.

Gold edition as well, no preload but consoles got it. I guess they aren't doing it for PC...shame

Only a few games get to preload, this one will be available to DL and play starting the 5th of Sept and that is only for those that purchase the Gold and Platinum edition.
