First you have to make an account in PROS website, then you have to link it to your twitch account (also helps if you link it to your steam account I think).

Then you do the following:

Watch any drop enabled Space Marine 2 stream for 1 hour to get your Chain Sword skin. This also nets you some in game credits (whatever THOSE are). This will seem weird because it "says" 1 hour but takes longer than that, you can follow the true progress in inventory screen.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL THE 16TH!

Power Fist: You have to watch a VIP streamer channel (listed in the website) for 1 hour. Nothing additional required.

Bolter: This is the problematic part as it is paid content. You have to gift two subscriptions (to either random people or to selected individuals), costs a little over 2$ in my estimation. You can get this instantly.

Rifle: This is, again, earned from watching ANY drop enabled Space Marine 2 streams. BUT this is from 17th to 30th, meaning it will come AFTER the Chainsword drop is over. To earn this, you once again have to watch 1 hour of stream (might take longer like it does with Chainsword).

TL;DR:
Link PROS, Steam & Twitch accounts,
watch 1.5-2 hours of regular streamer for sword until 16th,
watch 1 hour of VIP streamer for fist (or watch 1 hour VIP stremer to get both),
gift 2 subs to get bolter
wait until 17th then watch 1 more hour for rifle.
