Not really. It's averaging in the 80's and I saw a couple reviews that gave it a 6 and a 7.

its literally sitting at 90s and 80s and its official metacritic is allready 84 which is really great... you didnt think a game that uses the world war z formula to get 10/10? its IMPOSSIBLE XD this is great news...

if there is one thing i NEVER trust its steam reviews. its FILLED with ''cant run this game it runs like arse on my toaster pc from 2011 giving it a thumb down

yeah so just filter those bits of the reviews and sort by most helpful - it's really not difficult to get useful information if you pay attention

Also whiners. On rare occasion you can actually find useful ones pointing things out like a professional review will a decent amount of the time, but most here are the more simple whining or so small that it basically says nothing so it's not helpful in any way.

yeah this, i mean even if they're not specifically instructed to avoid saying negative things. there will always be a bias there because you're given this access and wouldn't want to risk losing opportunities in the future.

you do get some creators claiming it doesn't affect their opinion. in the case of sponsors they definitely glaze up and soften their criticism way more than they normally would
