Is Warhammer 40k LGBTQ friendly?

I'm not trying to start an argument about the lore or anything. I'm just curious if there are any of such characters represented in 40k, and would they be in this game? (That would be a bonus)

The only really LGBTQ+ friendly faction are Slanneshi cultists, who are objectively the VERY bad guys, fitting. And to a much lesser extent the Dark Aeldari, who are also very bad guys. Tau would likely be neutral towards LGBTQ+ factions so long as they played nice and participated in the greater good without causing trouble in society, which is a dubious outcome but a definite maybe.

The closest thing mankind has to trans people are the Callidus assassins, people given drugs that allow them to change appearance, shape, and even race and species entirely, they are kind of disposable, all of them completely psychotic by nature, and trained to be merciless serial killers, im not sure if you think that's decent representation really.

Aside from that? no, for you see, to those truly understanding of the lore, the Emperor of mankind is the biggest incel in the history of humanity. His influence has changed the entire galaxy in a permanent fashion, even if some of his edicts and ideals have been warped and lost to time. Hell, he might even be a 42,000+ year old virgin for all we know.

Custodes and Space Marines are male-only factions who were custom-designed by the emperor alongside humanities greatest scientists (no, Erda is bad fan-fiction she doesn't count), the Custodes work alongside the emperor directly, they are genetically attuned to him and follow his will slavishly without hesitation, and they are in turn served by (at the time of the Horus Heresy when the Emperor walked the galaxy) the only female faction the emperor ever accepted into military service, the sisters of silence. It was a compromise you see, the Emperor, being humanities greatest incel since the retcon and removal of the Sensei, has no personal use for women, he wants them silent and in the kitchen making babies he can turn into future Astartes, so making them psychic blanks (who nobody wants to bang) who fight alongside Custodes, but swear an oath to the Emperor to never talk, is GW's compromise, so to speak >.>

I'm uninterested in woke retcons as of the last ~3 or so years, they're simply not real canon, the same way i see rings of power+Disney SW films as very bad fan-fiction. Cultural marxist-influenced storytelling, with a cultish adherence to the poisoned philosophy of "Equity" is inherently evil and i don't recognise anything that stems from that as legitimate art. Forced diversity is a key component of that.
