Does anyone know if it will be possible to create this legion?

The Luna Wolves (not Lunar) was a pre-heresy legion that later became the Sons of Horus during the heresy and then changed their name again post-heresy to the Black Legion.

You are not likely to see the Luna Wolves in Space Marine 2, mainly because they don't exist. It seems like you can play as a Black Legion marine by picking the Tactical class in PvP, though.

That said, it does seems a bit silly to have Traitor Legions locked to specific classes unless I'm misunderstanding how that works.
