My pre-ordered copy is already being shared amongst my friends in the family group so yes

given you must be online to sync and garner the progression rewards in multiplayer, i wouldnt see it happening. there has been no official stance on this, nor have i seen this question yet. you might have more luck asking or searching on their own forum, which you can find in the developers posts. for an official answer.

yesterday i shared it today its gone from the gamelist and the entrey for familyshare is gone on there storepage ^^

No, it's been removed.

EDIT: it's sharable again. They must have just removed it for the early unlock period
